The coolant level is dropping lightly.

Hi guys, Do you have any comment on coolant leak after changing water pump and engine oil cooler pipe. I have checked but cannot find any signs of leaking. Lawrence

Hi everybody, The garage changed the engine oil cooler pipe but accidentally broke the cooler. He asked me to buy a new cooler and paid for the labour cost of changing the cooler. Is it normal? Lawrence

yours might be oem so a bit expensive.

I am glad to be here to share every piece of information. In fact, I DO appreciate the members in this site providing a lot of information.

Labour and parts is 180 pounds. Motor costs 100 pound. As a matter of fact, you can mend it by yourself. There is a lot of u tube video telling you how to fix it. hope it helps.

she is still there with character. when turn on right signal light, sometimes it horned and with a quick tick sound. Peculiar.:( sometimes the car in front think I horned them. Embarrassed.

Finally I changed the start motor and everything is fine. It is not the hot start problem. Thanks to every body.

Hi everybody, For the first start of the day, it starts easily and runs well. After your drive, you turned it off. Then it is difficult to restart it again even though there is clicking sound. It failed to ignite or you have to wait for hours before another ignition. As I am new in P38, anyone...

When the alarm was sounding, I turned it off by putting my key into the door lock and unlocking the door. When the alarm was off, i put my key into the ignition plug and switched to II ( or just put in without switch) for a minute or so. Then I withdraw the key and pressed unlock button of FOB...

I disconnected the battery for two days. Then it sounded the alarm. All faulty message gone when I put my key in the ignition plug. However, the key cannot synchronize. Thus the engine disengaged. :( I tried the method as depicted in the handbook and workshop manual but in vain. Anyone can help.
