Just looked on their website and the only 109s i can find are ones that cost a few grand. Is the yard with all the cheap/project ones just a place where you turn up and have a look round cos i live close and wouldnt mind getting a 109 for a project if the price is right.

I got a 86 110 with a 200tdi slapped in it and it will happly go 80 all the way down the motorway with a full load in the back (5 peoples camping gear and 25 crates of beer :D), how ever the noise is awful, there is no sound proofing what so ever, all i could hear the entire trip was the air...

Thing is i already have all the bushs and bolts, its just these 6 little bolts for the trailing arm mounts and 1 bolt and washers for the radius arms.

oh yeah also having trouble getting a nut off. Dont think its ever been taken off. Its the Nut holding the radius arm to the chassis, tired turning it but the radius arm just twists because the bushes are that crap. My dad thinks heating the nut up with a blow torch will loosen it up abit, good...

Hey im currently replacing the bushes on my Ex MoD 1986 110. Im having trouble finding the part numbers for some of the bolts/nuts im going to be replacing. Rear Radius arm/trailing arm or what ever you want to call it - Im looking for the bolts that hold on the arm to chassis mounting rubber...

So i went and got a new set of rubber bushes. Started with the Panhard Rod and getting the old ones out was abit of a bugger. The problem now is i carnt get the new ens in. Think im going to have to pop up to garage and slip em a 5er to press them in for me :(

Think im going to go pick some rubber bushes up from town in the morning and slap them in. Will probs replace them all round as they all look like they have seen better days. Iv seen people using a vice to press new bushes in? Is This a good way to do it or is there risk of damage?

So do Poly bushes really make a difference then? Any chance you can buy a kit with all the bushes for radius arms?

Ill have a look at the bushes in the morning and see what condition they are in. If there anything like Bushes that where on the shockers and steering damper dosnt look like they have been changed since it was taken out the RAF in the 90s :/

Put a new steering damper in as the old one has seen better days but it hasnt made much of a difference. Going to take it up to the garage on monday but there not too keen on landys so dunno what they will find. If i upload some pics of the steering system would that help? Also if it is the...
