That's the only thing I can think of but the only wires I cut were where the radio is and they were all connected with a single four input bullet connector but not plugged into anything. Could cutting them out of the connector cause the issue even though they werent connected to anything? And...

Anyone have thoughts on this? I got hold of a voltmeter and determined no juice coming into the gauges but the fuse that runs the gauges/lights is good as the signal/brake lights work fine. Could there be another fuse I'm missing or maybe I blew a relay?

I'll take a look at the diagram but all the wires to the gauges are still connected. I've since unplugged the radio but maybe I should reverse the process and reconnect the four wires with a single connector? Again they weren't connected to anything other than being part of the wiring harness.

The connector was joining the wires but in the capacity to have something plugged into it. It was just "extra" wiring where the radio used to be. I assume it connected to the old radio but that's been long gone. I cant find the one I cut off but it looks like this, female side.

The wire colors were purple and green. These were connected to a bullet connector but were not being used. I just cut off the connector and used one purple for the 12v the others I taped off and used a red/white for the ignition connection for the radio, another wire not being used.

Installed a radio and noticed my temp/fuel gauge no longer worked nor did my side/indicator/tail lights. Replaced the fuse and the lights are back but the gauges show no life. Was thinking I might have disconnected something when pulling speaker wire but didnt see any loose connections on...

My 200tdi wiper cover has seen better days and was wondering if anyone knows if a TD5 cover would fit? This is the lower dash bit that covers the wiper motor with the speaker hole. Thanks.

Thanks for replies everyone. I'll give it another go with your suggestions but I think getting the heads off is step one if they continue not to turn. Appreciate the feedback, back at it.

Trying to remove the ignition barrel from my 200tdi but am have a bugger of a time. The bolts look like the ones in the link and in fact still have the bolt head on them. From what I've been reading these are supposed to snap off. I tried turning as is but they wont budge. Drilling provided...

Hey all! Want to install a low note horn on my '92 110 but the current one only has one connector where as the low notes all have two. Do I need to run an additional wire or get some type of adapter? I saw somewhere it was mentioned that one of the connectors needs to be a ground? Thanks.
