I won't pay the excessive rip off road tax that's wanted on a later post 2003 freelander....my insurance is half the price for the year...when road tax exceeds the insurance price....I'm out... if I had to pay £500 plus quid for road tax I'd buy a bigger landy....Disco...Range Rover..

Is this true?? Both my toyo proxies are plugged by me...

I wonder if they are fakes...they fake car parts why not tyres?? My cheap Chinese ling longs have cracks all over the tread, the toyo proxies, which have been on longer show zero cracks, but also don't have much tread left.

Will it work on the rears too?

I hate it when this happens, they obviously didn't do it properly, I had to Center it myself after getting it aligned at a so called pro outfit...

Could be an engine misfire fault and nothing to do with the auto box or converter.?

As a quick fix you could try n squeeze some sealant into the part where it's leaking when cold or when it stops dripping...I've done this on leaky gaskets before, and cracked oil sumps with great results...:D Or having looked at the pic closer, try to tighten the bolts up a touch.

Yes when mine has 2 or more faulty abs sensors, the red hand brake light comes on, with 3 Amigos, and Speedo do NOT work. (2001). On a later freelander. ( 2003 onwards maybe?) Same fault displays as NO error lights in dash ( NO amigos) and the Speedo goes round and round on its own when ignition...

My 2001 td4 auto shows these error lamps when 2 or more abs sensors are faulty.

I just put this down to too higher a gear and too low revs, plus the added confusing of your right foot in a goldielocks position....Just normal me thinks. Kickdown changes down a gear and your fine again...you cant go up steep hills in 5th at 30mph

Is road tax cheap on the ones with a dpf?
