Hi, great info. I'm currently fitting Terrafirma TF117's to my 110 rear. I've literally copied how LR did it with the OEM ones. My rear axles have cups, so once I pushed the shocks in I've applied the bottom bush and new washer, then nut. TERRAFIRMA supply more washers so you can sandwich...

:( Every Now and then I get a Hesitant TD5, Its ok if I start in the Low Transmission gears, 1st/2nd then drive, but if I start in drive then its hesitant and a M/S warning on dash. I switch it off and restart its ok for a while. If I boot it, its ok.... Starting to Naff me oft

Bell Auto Services in York do a cracking EBR blanking kit for £50 with a full how to on their website, well worth doing. You also mention having a service not too long ago at 93k, now on 103k and very near the biggy of Belt change @ 105k or seven years old, got to do mine next year
