Sorry,not intelligent enough to answer why they are there..... When I replaced my Rad,I just put them back as they came off.Thats how I know where they go.

One goes to exp tank,other goes to top of inlet manifold on carb tower bit...

Tried wedging bolts and scredrivers in there,still wouldn't budge. Put drive flange on backwards against the circlip and levered with 2 pry bars. A 'pop' and out it came. So must have done summat,but hey ho all better now. Cheers for all the input.

Stripped down my front n/s hub yesterday to replace the hub oil seal. All went well,changed seal,regreased bearings etc,put it all back together...up to the point where you put the drive flange on. It goes on,but there isnt enough room to get the circlip on. Looks like the shaft has moved back...

On the rad,there should be 2 small outllets . One goes to the expansion tank and one goes to the carb tower. On the old rad that was in there,the carb tower one was plugged with a bolt and the carb tower had a stub hose with a bolt in it.Its only there,I'm led to believe, to allow air to escape...

I've just had it done in the offices where I work.Just found a few companies on Google and got them to quote.Worked out about 90p per plug top. They find things with plugs on, put them on a meter thing and then put a sticker on it. The servers were just 'physically' inspected.

Mine does that now and again. I pull the high beam fuses out,put them back and it all works for a while. Really must get round to fixing it properly.

BPR6E is an NGK plug BPR6ES is a colder plug (I THINK). Either will do. Pop down to Motor Parts Direct. Asheridge Road. Thats where I get all my bits from . Filters plugs Oils etc.
