It isn't like the single piece one isn't easy to fit. It just slides straight in and out the boot.

We used the stuff from Martrim. £67 for the material & 3 cans of adhesive, plus £18 shipping. They supply enough for the A/B/C pillars as well, but didn't bother as the plastic matched the new cloth...

I actually feel slightly better reading this because at the time I felt like a complete numpty not being able to remove the airline from the bag (and subsequently ended up butchering the pipe), as everyone was telling me it was such a simple...

Yes, compare to Statoil in Norway where they said the oil money could only be spent on capital improvement projects or invested for the future. Over here they just milked it and spunked it up the wall.

Stupid in another way too. Other countries with oil production have sovereign wealth funds and/or low taxes, the UK has neither. In the UK the billions have just been frittered away and now politicians are taxing North Sea oil out of existence...

+1. Our governments have been very stupid. They offshored manufacturing to China so our carbon emissions go down and we become a consumer economy. However, the quality goes ever lower and we have to buy ever more **** - running to stand still...

So after 255.000mls my rocker seal is leaking.. Pfff OK, removed, stripped out completely all it's internals and got it all clean. There was no gunk in there at all👌result and proof of regular oil changes.... Except the seal I bought ( god...

Thanks didn't know this existed! And big brother google conveniently displayed an ad for this tool right below your reply so I already know where to get it. For future reference the tool is - Sealey SX0110 - Laser Tools 6151 - Britpart DA1065...

You won't believe this but the official Arnott advice is to just cut the lines and replace the airlines when you replace the bags. Talk about OTT.

Also realised the rear heater controls work properly too! Not checked to see if the under seat/footwell vents work

I am not sure what bags they were, they went in the bin and bin men came this morning, I thought I saw Contitech on them but cant be 100% sure. They were in a bad state, all the bottom rubber was heavily cracked on both sides hence the rear end...

Contitech will be Arnott. Only fitting at the top of the bag slots through. You undo the R clips top and bottom, bottom.prises out and then the top will drop down and you can access the nut to release the pipe. I told one of the Arnott guys in...

Arnott bags now have nuts on rather than push fittings. You have to remove the bag, drop it down through the hole, undo that nut you have mashed, very gently unprise the little brass ring that wraps around the pipe (if you're going to put the bag...

The clicky sound might be a battery too low to turn it over. Starter is engaging but cannot turn it. The EAS also clicks a bit as it tries to self-level. If the bit-counts are out too much side-to-side across the axle it can get a bit hysterical...
