Today I went and bought two pre used electric window motors and mechanicals. Took them home, stripped my door cards and drilled out rivets and removed the existing wonky motors with worn teeth. I fitted the passenger side and it was an absolute bastard!!! But got it in and it works perfectly...

I tried that but no joy. Facebook forum suggested I rotate the square plastic locating bit by 45 degrees and hey presto, it worked. Thanks all for your advice

Tried pushing the button but it won’t come out. The securing ridges are effectively in the wrong holes and it doing my head in!

so just got me P38a last week and I’ve just realised that the head rest is 180 degrees out, turned round the wrong way. How the hell do i get the bastard back out to put in in correctly??. Thanks in advance
