Ok we finally have the car back. Apparently the following parts were replaced. Head gaskets. Water pump Alternator However after a 160 mile drive today I have had to put in almost 4 litres of coolant.

The dealer has been going 2 years. At the minute I am more worried in the quality of the work that will be done by them but we will see what tomorrow brings. I reckon he already has the new water pump on it.

I'm off up the CAB tomorrow.

The dealer is now stating that the one or both of the head gaskets has gone and has sent an estimate which he wants us to pay before starting work despite only having the car 9 days before it went kaput. The estimate comes to around 650 but dose not include coolant, oil or new head bolts. The...

The dealer still has the car and is saying that is the water pump failed after a hose split but this seems like a bit of a tall tale to me.
