recently replaced all the wheel bearings, and the output shaft bearings on the transfer box have been replaced.
ive replaced the clutch about 2 months ago
the car was MOT'd mid october so theres about 11 months MOT...

It's had new seals I will check the breather

Replaced the rear output shaft bearing and seal the other day an all was good but now it's started leaking againg from the seal behind the transmission brake and the front output shaft seal, any ideas or resolutions?

Water pump knackered or thermostat stuck closed most likely problems

the flange is in good nick, cleaned it thoroughly in a parafin wash and yeh cheers for remindin me about the felt washer lol

if you have big tyres that could put alot of strain on the bearings causing them to collapse

no mate its lift play but ive just pulled it down and its a collapsed bearing its all stripped and cleaned now, going to get new bearing,seal and gasket tomorrow not really a big job, but i will keep an eye out for a second hand transfer box but for now replacing the bearing will have to do...

just a bit of advice if it ever happens again dont try and chisel the race of in bits, its made of hardened steel and will kill any chisels, ive done it before and bits of the chisel have broke off, and lesson learnt now as a piece broke off and ended up in my eye so be careful mate
