    After removing the remote gear change completly i can see nothing out of place, so on advise i've droped the oil, picture dosen't do it justice, in the sun the oil shines like metalic paint and the sump plug has a nice build up too.

    Loosening the interlock and lifting it about 5mm (not sure if i should remove the interlock completly) does seem to have made some improvement forward and back but still dificult to find anything other than reverse. I have to eaither lower the gearbox or take the seat box off to completely...

    Hi, not sure if we have crossed wires, the part in the picture all moves freely now it's removed from the gearbox, the stiffness is in the main gearbox
