After a lot of work and tears, my RRC is back on the road. I had some welding done and MOT'd yesterday. New brake calipers, discs pads, air springs, dampers, anti roll bar links and bushes, suspensions bushers, engine top end rebuild, new radiator, new centre viscous coupling......etc etc Still...

Is the copper pipe sturdy enough for the rigid pipes fitting direct to the caliper?

Do people normally make up their own pipes? Can't find the front ones for sale anywhere...

I've got a new set of calipers to fit. 2 done ok. The 3rd and 4th are causing problems.....I can't get the brake lines undone. The nuts are rounded off, not sure if it was by me or if thats the reason I couldn't undo them in the first place. Any ideas? Thanks

I was replqcing one of the stup axles on my RRC. One of the bolts attaching it to the swivel housing had no threads on it when I took it out and it seems to have stripped the threads from inside the hole too. Has anyone got any experience of re-tapping a hole like this? Any help appreciated.

Hello all, I want to change the brake fuild on my 93 RRC. Is there any reason it's not as easy as keeping the reservoir topped up and pumping old fluid through each caliper until new appears? I think there are 3 valves on the front calipers - assuming no air is allowed into the system si I am...

They're the right part number and same as the picture in the manual......

Hello. I'm trying to replace the rear shocks on my 92 RRC air suspension. Old shock came out easy but I cant get the 2 new rubber bushes into the cups on the lower mount. Anyone had this problem before? Thanks.

Hello, I have taken the rear radius arm out to replace the front bush....now I can't get it back in. I cant get the rear bolt hole to line up - the axle needs to come back a bit but I can't move it - the car is on it's wheels so the axle isn't really free to move. Any suggestions? Thanks.
