Hi rangie 1998, thank for your reply, but im already runing 245/75s and for the off roading i do, they still arnt tall enough, and in france the 2 door rangey was continued alot longer than in the uk, so there are more 2doors on the road here than 4doors.

Hi i have a normal 2"lift on my classic i was wondering if 235/85 tyres will fit without rubbing if not wat sort of change to the body work will i need or wats the biggist size without changing anything, thanks for any help.

hi does anyone know the laws on engine swaps in france, i.e v8 into my series petrol, i always thought it was against the law but i meet a guy over here who had a 4.2 with auto box in a 2a and he said you were aloud as long is it was a collection veicule, can anyone shed any light on the subject?

hi everyone
I'm really strugaling with the landy today, iv bin trying to bleed the brakes today to no avail... I've bin bleading the old fashond way by putting a pipe on nipple and pumping with a freind and then when he holds it to the floor i open the bleed screw, i tryed for atleast 30 mins...

Thanks for your sugestions especialy w3526602's idea with the blow lamp will try that 2morow, theres no movment at all iv had a brake drum with a ridge in it but they would move then jam but this really wnt move a mm. So ill fry the blow lamp then if that dnt work take the hub off n if all else...

i dnt like using the lump hammer, they can and do break lol on my 109 rather large lumps fell off round the edges meaning new shoes lol

cams off, drums spin n iv bin tryin for a good half an hour, i also have hit the fronts but that didnt help either

Iv just started my new project an 88 sw, im re-doing all the brakes at mo, iv removed the back drums no problem but iv tryed evreything on both the front drums but they wont budge at all. i started gently with a mallet iv tryed levering with pry bars iv just resoted to a lump hammer...
