Hi evreyone.
Im thinking of fitting 255/85/16 to my 2 door rangey, on 2" old man emu lift for the main reason that here in france a set of four 255/85s are going to cost 9euros more than a set of 235/85s and of corse more hight, but what sort of mods are needed??? i guess cutting back the wings, thats not a problem, but how about the drive train gearing extra stress ect can i fit series diffs will this componsate???? off set rims???????? Any help would be much apreciated :)

Hacking the wings on a 2 door rangie is sacrilege!!! I've fitted police spec springs to my 4door with gas shcoks and 235/70/16 BF Goodrich mud terrain tyres, best of both worlds -good off road and still nice to drive on road

Hi rangie 1998, thank for your reply, but im already runing 245/75s and for the off roading i do, they still arnt tall enough, and in france the 2 door rangey was continued alot longer than in the uk, so there are more 2doors on the road here than 4doors.
