I used an old tire valve. Trimmed the end down a little then sort of screwed it in to the fitting, the rubber will bite in and make a seal Then i connected a foot pump to the valve and used that to push out my piston. use a piece of wood between the piston and the caliper though,

is the OBD interface still plugged in? my srs light comes on when my obd thingy is plugged in, just un plug it, and away i went

Ive tried without the wiper arms attached, and its still a balls ache lol. I aggree with the nut being loose for a while, But due to where its located i bet no one checks it that often . Oh well.....another few hours trial and fitting then lol Thanks for the reply

hmmm. only my passenger mirror folds in on mine. Everything else works on them, heater and adjust. but only when pressing down on the adjust button. Not remotely.

the hud looks cool, but it says on the listing its for OBD 11. yours is the same as mine a 02 plate TD4, mine isnt OBD11 :(

*update* i hate reading about other peoples problems then get to the bottom of the post to find theres no update/was it fixed etc so heres my update i took it to a friends garage and we got it up on the lift There was nothing out of place or unusual, All drive shafts are ok and no play...

I didnt think of the brakes. It was making the noise more when lifting of the throttle. Hence why i thought either gearbox or ird. Im off today. Ill take it for a spin and have another look. Cheers guys. Ill report back when i no more

hmmmm food for thought. its never easy trying to describe a noise. its defo gears crunching, but also kind of like the skid pan scraping up gravel. thats not acurate but you get the idea. either way it sounds expensive :( im currently in touch with Bell engineering for some more ideas and...

that things has been bugging me for ages too, i couldnt find any refernece to it in the haynes manual.

i believe the rear tail lights are a one piece unit, not a seperate lens. ,mine has a crack too. As for the nudge bar ( same as mine, although i still havent got round to replacing the bulbs ) is the bar cracked or the pods? again im led to believe they are sperate items too. Sorry im not a...
