Just fitted them to my 90, i have a cubby box, the seats are quite wide in the truck but very comfortable and look awesome. I've been looking for a while but a lot of seats are narrow and it's hard to fit on your seat boxes but you get the plate to bolt them onto. Id recommend you check them out.

The general rule of thumb is, if you put on large tyres you need a suspension lift. Also if your using it offroading then a lift is also a good idea. I've done both to my Td5 and it performs and looks awesome. So I would go for 285's:hysterically_laughi
