Spigot bush? I have same problem, I was advised this is common problem, cheap part, but gearbox off to do the job, I'm leaving mine till clutch needs replacing, as been told won't do any harm, just annoying to hear,

Usually the case with things, cheap parts, but a pig to replace, any idea if left would cause any damage?

Disco2 2001 TD5, Might be nothing, but anyone else had similar issue? Is the whirring noise normal? Mostly happens when engine is cold & ticking over, if I depress the clutch, (no gear engaged) I get a faint whirring noise, which disappears when I then lift clutch pedal, only had car a couple...
