try removing the 2 locks, one either side of the tailgate, soak them i diesel for a few hours whilst manually locking and unlocking the with a screwdriver. Dry them and give a squirt of WD, refit and test. This worked fine on mine and been no probs for 9 months. bob

When you say the management light stays on, have you got the fault code this may help to narrow down your fault.Sorry i dont know much about vehicle lpg systems, but have a very good knowlegde of your the petrol side of your engine. bob

The hoses in my L332 become hard when the engine is hot, however the gauge always show normal operating temperature (midway position) and does show any signs of overheating, these engines always seem to run hotter than others though. As for removing the thermostat it comes as a complete housing...

thanks for the reply, but mine is definatley not there, on my TD6 it is there though, have tried to trace the wiring incase it has fell out and is hanging......only wiring in the vicinity goes to the electric fan and the parking sensors, thought it may have fell out as the previous owner...
