    Abs Ecu Unit

Guinness, I got the rave for Land Rover off ebay and it was real easy to follow. Once you get the working sensor (don't buy a new one if you can help it - got mine off ebay at £25 a pair.). You should be able to do it without taking the wheel off but its better to ramp it and take it off. I...

Thanks Jason, I was getting a bit wound up about it, but it's given me the incentive to get into the book/cd and get to know the car, save some money and replace the parts I think I can and without spending a fortune on parts that probably don't need replacing  but...

Thanks Blippie, I did those checks and a few others and finaly found an independent rover dealer who did a diagnostics test over the ecu and found the rear left ABS sensor faulty. Thanks Mad Hat Man, I checked a number of threads and it's a bit confusing to say the least. There doesn't seem to be a common fault as a rsult of the lights coming on together but a number of possibles. Looks like a diagnostics test in Bedfordshire somewhere!!

    warning lights and sensor

Chatz4, Did you get the warning lights sorted. I travelled down from Scotland yeterday in my freelander td4 and all three lights came on. My friend said it may need new brake pads and discs? What solved your problem.
