Will Disco 300 tdi give better fuel economy than ISUZU trooper?

Hi I use a 4x4 for work and currently drive a 3.0D ISUZU Trooper. Its a great car from a practical point of view but the fuel consumption is rubbish. I get low 20's round town, 26/27 on a run and somewhere in between as an overall. The fuel consumption is the only thing making me...

    First P38 Advice

Hi Buy one with as comprehensive history as possible, many for sale out there have been neglected. You may think your getting a bargain and then spend the next few months and a shed load of cash putting things right (I speak from experience). Common faults are widely listed on here, my...

No electrical feed to EAS system, any ideas?

I may end up running round in the P38 for a while if I cant sell straight away, and to be honest it makes financial sense to do so considering how much I have spent on it since owning it. My heart says keep it as it should be more reliable for a while. But my head says one more hefty bill...

No electrical feed to EAS system, any ideas?

ISUZU Trooper would probably do the trick but want something with a bit of style. Will probably end up running round in the P38 for a while as might not sell straight away anyway

No electrical feed to EAS system, any ideas?

Keith I've had an X5 in the past and had no problems. I've lost all confidence in the P38 as every month I'm forking out for a hefty bill. At least I can say I gave it a go!

No electrical feed to EAS system, any ideas?

Sorry to say I'm thinking of selling out and buying an X5. The size and ride of the RR is great but even if you buy a well maintained one (as I thought I had), things go wrong due to the age and I can't afford to be off the road as I use it for work. Also the sluggish performance is starting...

No electrical feed to EAS system, any ideas?

Hi One of my rear airsprings failed this week, I have had replacements fitted. My mechanic says he is getting no live feed to the EAS system? He reckons the carpet under drivers seat is quite wet and could have damaged the BeCM does that sound about right? I have had a few issues with the...

Air con wiring fault, who's best to get to fix it?

Hi My air con is faulty so decided to get it tested at kwikfit. Vacuum tested ok, they got it running by bypassing the existing wiring. They want £50 per hour to diagnose where the wiring fault is and fix. What's the cheapest way forward? Shall I get an auto-electrician to have a look or...
