Torque settings for 200tdi head bolts

Hi guys. Just about to put my 200tdi head back on but i cant find the tighneing sequence or the torque settings anywhere on the net.

Can anyone help pls!

IF it's the same as the defender 200tdi it might go summit like this...

10 mm bolts are 3, 5, 12 and 13. Rest are 12mm bolts and should be torqued to 40Nm.

(remember this is for a defender 200tdi)

If the 12mm bolts are torqued to 40nm then what are the 10mm bolts torqued to. How does this convert to ft lbs? Also, the head gasket that I got didn't come with a torque pattern example. I don't have a Haynes yet. How can I find which bolts are which? I've searched on the internet but google always comes up with everything else but what you request?
