Tried all the usual, slide hammer , bigger slide hammer, soak in coca cola for a few days big slide hammer, plus gas for a few days etc, slide hammer every few days, even left the clamp nut loose and drove around for a week or two which is a trick i used to get no4 out of my defender and still stuck.
Any ideas?

Vagrent ive tried that many many time and i can see the injector ready to twist off and the spanner jaws starting to flare out, it really is proper stuck!
Ive had mole grips on it and a pry bar levering against the moles and twist with a spanner still no go.

Just a thought could try running her until engine hot and then try loosening it off , I know risk of burning your fingers but different metals expand and contract at diff temps . Again just an idea:scratching_chin:

Fooking ell!

Got an old injector pipe?. Cut nut and off weld it to a price of straight bar, then find an old large socket, over the bar, then weld a stop end on top of bar to make a highly crude slide hammer for 200tdi injectors.
Use the heath robinson 'slide hammer' whilst twisting injector that is soaked.

If that fails, re fit rest of the injectors, remove the stop solenoid wire and and turn over engine, the seized one might pop out.
Shouting usually works well:D

Made the puller just as you describe for the stuck injector in the 90 a few months ago, the big slide hammer is in fact a gudgeon pin from a 13 litre truck engine and is pretty hefty
I think im going to try the diesel soaking idea then get it nice and hot then whilst still hot try the slide hammer again.

Its out bastard thing:D
I tried the diesel trick didnt seem any difference after a week of dripping derv onto it, so rocker cover off for better attack angle, biggest adjustables going thinking its coming out one way or another, and eventually it started to move just slightly:)
So kept twisting and slide hammering and out it came, weeks ive been at this.
Injector was totally dry where it fitted in the head so the derv hadnt got in there.

New injector fitted and its still lumpy idle! so suspecting the pump down it comes.
So strip front of motor down, bust my new crank pulley puller in the process.
Fitted new pump from mates blown up 200 and now waiting until i can repair the puller so i can get the crank and camshaft pulleys off to replace the seals as theres oil and belt dust everywhere.
Annoying as i could have finished it off today
