Made the puller just as you describe for the stuck injector in the 90 a few months ago, the big slide hammer is in fact a gudgeon pin from a 13 litre truck engine and is pretty heftyFooking ell!
Got an old injector pipe?. Cut nut and off weld it to a price of straight bar, then find an old large socket, over the bar, then weld a stop end on top of bar to make a highly crude slide hammer for 200tdi injectors.
Use the heath robinson 'slide hammer' whilst twisting injector that is soaked.
If that fails, re fit rest of the injectors, remove the stop solenoid wire and and turn over engine, the seized one might pop out.
