perhaps i should have gone that route and whipped the starter out and back in while they had it apart

sounds alright if i had a real dog restoration project that i'd picked up for a monkey.

ive got a 300tdi chassis in mint conditon but thinking of getting it galvanised but i aint got a clue where to get it done ?

and yes GD, i think mine only has a couple more years in it. Now i don't use it for work i'd be tempted to do it myself, but with all the bits nad pieces and buggeration factor, i'd be surprised if it was a whole lot cheaper than that service on ebay - prob worth doing the bulkhead at the same time!

If it's a pukka company or a dealer sure, could be quite dodgy though, 1 week turnaround, it only takes a few days to ship one out of the country to africa or somewhere like that, the scammer close behind with loads of cash.

I think i seen this company advertise in LROi and the name rings a bell as well so reckon it's kosher. They were advertising in there for 2 and a half i think, which i thought was good value then.

bout right.3 days work two guys reconned chassis easy money....
