I don't know which bit is better - kicking snow away from the front tyres to get grip...on a RWD car...or leaving in gear with the wheels spinning to then get out and push! Genius!
 
A friend of mine saw a bloke outside his house putting show covers on the front wheels of his beamer today too.

Isn't it actually rather worrying that so many people dont know which wheels are their driving wheels? if they floor is on a corner (or on snow!) it could be a disaster!
 
My neighbour with a 2007 Vauxhall Astra 5 door was stuck infront of my house, she got a spade and shoveled 3 feeble lots of snow away then got back in, span the wheels, then sat inside for nearly an hour texting her friends presumably to help her get her car out!

And in relation to this she was digging the rear tyres out! If you could even call what she did "digging".

She looks rather tasty, and girls like that do silly things.

Gotta give her some points for effort, but not application, lol.

I can't help thinking that some of these have to be staged though. I mean, why would you be videoing someone towing a car out of snow? it's not that interesting, until the dramatic moment!

In fact, why would anyone be videoing most of these events? Or is that just what one does when one has a video camera?
 
to be fair to her, I nearly did the same on sunday! I got our golf stuck in a layby in Brecon and was on my own. I thought about it, then realised without a low box option I would never have time to jump back in! (pushing from the front) it took 4 big blokes to push me out in the end. and to think I had the 90 at home! :( doh!
