My 300TDi 90 has stood for 4 months undergoing work

Charged the battery , turned the key, fired on the first turn, lovely

What wasn't so much fun was fitting 2 new to me used exmoor trim front seats

Lined up 3 of the 4 seat rail bolts, went to put he 4th in and it's about 15mm out

Why the hell would a seat base have odd rails in it

I'm trying to decide whether to just drill a hole or find the right size seat base rail

Go for the right rail or it will just continue to frustrate you even after you have drilled the new hole.

I think you're right, I'm just confused as to why there's an odd one in there

Spent today changing my very rusty battery box for a good used one, bit of a pig to get out but a simple enough job with a 4" grinder for the stubborn bolts , just time consuming and very cold
