Hi everyone, quick question for anyone who is familiar with the Bosch ABS system fitted to 2011-onwards Defenders please... (I have a 2.4 puma made mid December 2010 but with the Bosch, not Wabco system).

My local garage kindly tested for fault codes as my ABS/ TC lights have been on a while and I am due an MOT. I am not sure which code they found but they said I have a faulty yaw rate sensor. I gather this is by the steering column.

Question is (and Ive trawled forums and internet for hours to no avail!), if I buy a new one can I just swap new-for-old, or will it need programming?

I gather it doesn't actually 'do' anything?! but is required to make the module work?

Many thanks for your help :)

Thanks, nice to meet you all, so to speak. Ive been 'lurking' for many years :) but can't find the answer to my problem so had to bite the bullet and join!
