Just replaced my gearbox oil in the 90,wot a difference its made.the gear change was ok before hand,but now its even smoother and easy,didnt take long to do either.read a thread a while back about using a garden spray bottle and tubeing to get into that awkward filling area..works a treat ..job done in no time no messy spillages either...:D

Many people think their gearbox is on it's way out when all it needs is an oil change to solve all manner of ills. Why not change all of your oils and do your axles, transfer box, power steering, clutch and brakes a favour? When was the last time you changed any of them? Most peeps dont until they have a problem.
I work on the adage that oils and fluids are relatively cheap and easily renewed when compared to mechanical components that cost the earth and can be a bugger to replace.

Thats on my list of things to do before the new mud season starts...

but first have to put a list of what type of oil and best (or more used) brand, for each component..

you dont want to do a list of the types you used for each do ya? :D

well the brand used were all comma oils ...
gearbox=atf (dextron 2)2 litres
power steering=atf
diffs=ep 80w/90
transfer box=still to do ..but believe it to be ep 80w/90
hope that helps ..
