Looks a load of bunkem. Read the blurb. One of the best off roaders ever produced for competition. Never won anything. Engine had a conrod through it but was so brilliant they put it in the shed for 5 years and done nothing with it.

Cos a bowler would **** all over it

I get the impression this is a failed rich man's project.

So successful it was left in the corner of the shed for 3 years!

I don't think you could enter this thing in any normal UK or European rally.

It doesn't fit in any group I know off.

It says it raced in Iceland - they are uniquely crazy there.

Likewise the old Paris -Dakar - so crazy that it's now in South America.

Little relevance to people living in a more realistic world of Motorsport.

The stuff that dreams are made of ? - Don't waste your money - better buy an old Mark 1 Escort rally car. LOL

This ^^^^^ ;)

gotta agree, doesn't look that great, but I remember years ago in my youth!! Revs or Max Power had a feature on a golf with 2 VR6 engines one driving front second driving the rear. Now that in a freelander would be speshul. very speshul

The very fact he is going racing to iceland suggests more money than sense. After battering it for a year he's obviously got bored and bought a proper vehicle or a yacht or a mansion or a russian bride
