+1 ^^^ ...no OBD2 tool would work on a D2...unless it's V8 and then ONLY for the engine management

it is for a v8
which 1 would i need

the 3 amigos are not engine management issue...they are generated by the ABS ECU which will not comunicate with obd2 tool... you need nanocom, hawkeye or lynx, you can't escape cheap on this

Some of the Snap-on units will access some of the D2's brains as well but again not cheap.

RAVE is a downloadable set of workshop manuals for Land Rovers.
LR talk about "Test Book", but if you baulk a bit about buying a Nanocom or Hawkeye there's no way that you should even contemplate a test book.

chris,just bite the bullet and buy a nanocom.then you will have the right kit to do all the jobs you will ever need.if it went into a garage then a few hours labour will soon add up to the cost of a nanocom.
