Put it on the For Sale page at £700 & see if there are any takers. As one guy says £700 buys a lot of Classic nowadays but if yours is sound as you say then hopefully you should see some interest. If that doesn't work then as you say ebay & talk up the fresh MOT & LPG kit.

Good idea.
only problem is that I have to spend about 100 quid on it to get it sellable and if it's only going to make 500 which I suspect it might on a good day, then I'm only gonna achieve 400.

In that case I may as well scrap it and sell the V8 , weigh the scrap in and keep the back axle for me 110.
Might get 50 quid for the new heated windscreen, 50 for the wheels + tyres, 100 for the scrap metal, 100 for the engine and 50 for the tailgates and bonnet as they are good ones.
I end up with a disc braked back axle with new discs and pads.

Or maybe not, shove it on ebay ;)
