knock 3 grand off the price then you should be getting interested - it is still just a H reg 90

Much too expensive, it'll get taken by someone who knows nothing as it's too shiny and too checker platey. Not even sure it's a tdi, might be a TD. Don't be fooled by the shinyness of it, you can get a respray on a 2K motor to make it look like that for a few hundred quid, although to be fair there is probably a grands worth of checker plate there!

If you get it for £2K (and it IS a tdi, not a TD) then it's probably a reasonable bargain.

6k will get you a late p reg 300/200 tdi not a h reg thats well over priced it would be worth it if it was seriously tricked up with all the toys but not as it stands

i think its implied its got th potential to seat 7!3 up front, 4 in't rear.

If 6k is the budget, this one is 5 years younger, less miles, and galvanised chassis and bulkhead, for less cash!

would it be worth a look? judging from the prices i find on ebay/autotrader/private sellers and what you guys have said, its not too bad..trying to cut down my trips and spent saturdays (not that I mind test driving defenders )

I reckon the one Zeek found is sale of the century, and the fact that it hasn't bin snapped up kinda shows that the market for em is on the down.

Got LRO and was havin a look at the privates in the back of it, i know they're normally bad but couldn't fookin believe it this month - there's some right optimists about!

Looks ok to me offer £2300 and be prepared to haggle.
