Worn main shaft

If you have a LT 77 you're more than likely to see this at some point.

I decided to whip the cover off and have a look at the gearbox to transfer shaft and you can see the wear, obviously my gearbox is worn and at some point a new one will be fitted.

Just thought I'd share this video so some people that hear the dreaded clunking have some idea of what going on.

And whip the bearing out and this is what you might find. ..

You can slow this down by fitting an oil feed plate from ashcrofts
