Worn gear box mounts how do I change them?

Hi all. After being under my truck yesterday I noticed the poor condition of my gearbox mounts soo I've bought some new ones but how do I fit them? I've tryed a search but couldn't find what I was looking for.. I'd really appreciate your help.

Look in RAVE at removing chassis cross member. And the very best of luck with that.

jack transmission up as high as possible

thanks Wammers. Cross member bolts came out pretty easy. but instead of removing the cross member I used a rubber mallet to manoeuvre it side to side up and down to give me room to remove the mounts. Then using new nuts and bolts put it back together. Vibration has now gone!
