Think I have figured it all out. Was wanting to know what electrical connections were what and where the pipes all went but have it figured. I think.

I have a P38 Diesel (BMW Engine), I need to remove the fan assembly; I have a tool that fits, I need to know, if facing the windscreen, do I try to undo clockwise? Also: what is the best method to stop the attached pulley wheel from turning? Simon
