to redundancy from work at the Due to redundancy from work at the moment, We are going to have to rent out the farm workshop to DIY mechanics in the westcountry, It is a fully kitted out workshop with the following facilities:

• 4.5 Ton 2 post hydraulic lift
• Compressed air

Fly press

• Pillar drill
• Bench grinder
• Tyre Machine and balancer
• Toilet and handwashing facilities.
• Kettle!
• Waxoyl Gun
• Tracking gauges
• Mig Welder

Lots of specialist tools available to borrow on request.Modern Clean dry and secure building with toilet and hand washing facilities, located in the DT8 postcode area, 20mins from Yeovil, 30 mins from Dorchester, 20 mins from Bridport,
Would be looking for £70 for a full day which I think is reasonable?
You would need to supply your own hand tools if possible.

Personally, for a diyer on here I'd say it's way too much.

I suspect your market is people without garages/garages big enough to house the landy. we'll have all our own tools.

The basic thing i'd need is a dry, weather proof space i can use when it's blowing a hooly. electricity is a bonus.

The lift and the rest sounds great... but they are a bonus.

Is it a large farm workshop? big enough to hold a few vehicles? If so then I'd slash the price and go for volume. £20 a day jobby

I have seen this idea being bounced around a lot, found this which may give you a heads up on a lot of stuff. Maybe look a few rental periods from 1 hr rates to half day etc.
