Mind you, they're Falklands veterans so they're getting thin on the ground now.

I have been known on occasion To be forceful But i can do gentle aswell I get a better responce;)

I think he means you'll get paid an equal to UK salary, not China labour rates, (which are rubbish ), you'll have to find out if you pay tax here or there or both and reclaim, can be complicated.
