Wirring

Please help.

I have a 3.5 twin carb. Behind the oil filter is two wires. There are they suppose to go? Mine is still connected at the oil filter, but at the firewall they were burnt off, so don't know where they're suppose to go to.

I think mine is a 83, but not sure. Age - It is nearly as old as me ! !

Behind my oil filter is two things with wires. My oil preassure dial still works, but my oil temp is dead.

I got my 84 because it was as old as me!!! I will look and take pictures for you if it is any help!!

PROBLEMS . . . When I switch my headlights on, my starter motor runs ! ! !

Hi I have had a look at my Rangy, the wiring on mine looks original and there looks to be one wire coming out of the loom and going into the filter housing, dunno what it does but hear is a pic.

By the sounds of things you need a new loom and start again!!:violent:

I got one pic for now.

It is the top of the engine.

The one circle is the one sensor . The other circle is my thermostat housing.

What are the two sensors for? Where are they suppose to go?

Hope someone can help me. The wiring on my car is a bloody nightmare.
