wiring on a disco sunroof

Hi can anyone tell me the wiring configuration on a disco sunroof electric tilt i belive it has 4 wires coming from the motor

Hiya,

The wires from the sunroof motor go to the sunroof control unit. Disco 1 200 or 300, single or twin sunroof?

Starting at the sunroof ECU the outputs to the motor (two wires).

Inputs to the ECU are the 12v supply, the motors controlling micro switch (two wires) and the sunroof open/close switches (three wires), in the circuit for the rear switch there is a lockout/isolating switch (two wires).
So the motor housing does have four wires leading to it.

hi sorry it was a disco 1 300 single sunroof i got the sunroof and rooftrim hoping to graft it into my series and i just wanted to know which colour wires do what so i can power it up before i butcher my roof

If that's all why ask for the configuration then? as there are only two circuits going to the motor unit so get your multi meter out and test.
