Wiring issues with E46 L322

Changed head unit, installed new harness from head to amp and still doesn't work, ideas please

Hi
My head unit had issues so I changed it with aftermarket.
As it's E46 L322 vogue I also got a harness from the head unit to the back of the car.
Has power but no speakers?
I did see a link to advise splicing but can't find it now, any idead
