Wiring help

I've just changed out my bulkhead and wiring everything back in. It is a G reg and had a 300tdi conversion at some point.

In behind the instruments, there are these two connector blocks. I don't know what they connect to, or indeed if they ever were connected.

Anybody know what they are for?

look a bit like the blocks that fit on the hazard switch maybe wrong ,wait for an expert
