Hi de hi,

I have been looking at alot of Discovery foto's on
this site and it is all good. But the foto's with the wire or
line going from the front brush bars to the roof rack over the bonnet. I can't understand why. Could anyone tell why they are on there? Is there a purpose?
They look pretty cool- But I fit things to my Discovery if it is functional- not just to llok good-
Like those vehs with 1000 spotlights on them and they don't even drive at night!!

OK chow,
Jed

As Sean said, to stop tree branches hitting your windscreen, roof lights (not legal to have them attached whilst driving on the road btw).

Yup as said above, its for pushing potential windscreen damaging branches up and over the roof instead of through your screen.
