So it looks like an OE part.
Mine had seized up on one side. Sounds more like you may have a stripped cable. You're still going to have to take it apart to find the problem. Taking the motor out is the easy part. It's the wiper boxes that cause the hassle. Depending what age Landy you have will decide how much of the dash has to come out to remove/refit them.
Start by removing the wiper motor and pulling out the drive cable. Check the spiral wound part of the cable for breaks. You'll need to take the wipers off to allow the wheel boxes to revolve as you withdraw the cable. If you're lucky it'll just be the cable you need to replace.

Thanks for the input guys, it was a snapped cable in my case, pretty straight forward to replace, another set of TD5 wipers fixed when I need the truck the most:clap2:
I also bought the wiper boxes from my local specialist, they were gen Landrover, not that I have fitted them yet, I will wait for them to fail again.
