hi people i have a wiper problem with my 200 tdi. it only works on top speed. i have checked the wiring and all is ok there. i replaced the wiper stalk and is still the same, so i replaced the wiper motor the arm assembly and still the same. there is a wire on the plug from the motor that is taped up on the one i removed and the one i fitted. i just wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction.
