P38A Wiper length (Solved)

I know RAVE specifies 22" front & 18" rear, but what size do others use on their P38's ? Fronts on mine are currently (worn out) 22", but left one is clearly too long.

I'm considering using 20" & 21" on front, and 20" on rear.

I use 550mm (driver) and a 530mm for the passenger side. If they are too long on the passenger side the blade overhangs the screen edge and deforms the blade over time

This has been a constant issue for me since I took ownership of mine.

Mine now need replacing and I did some digging and I believe a 19” on the passenger side should be optimum and not have the silly overhang.

I've been debating replacing the passenger arm with another driver arm so it is shorter. When I fit a short blade to not overlap the edge or the screen it leaves me with a huge unswept area.

I ended up getting 22" & 20" for the fronts, and 19" for the back. Seems to clear enough for me !!

I got 22"ones cheep on the net, not the flat blade style ones lots of little arms old school ones ,not so keen on them ...but i was surprised when they fitted the screen on the passenger side still look crap though

..
