Does anyone bother swapping tyres for winter to chunkier tread etc? Thinking of doing this but have no clue what is a good (read cheap for winter use only) brand / pattern etc.
I have 20" alloys on the l322 at present so would look to get a set of 18" with chunkier tyres.
and the tow rope, jump lead, blankets etc for when it all goes pete tong......

Check your anti-freeze, my heating matrix froze last winter and there was ice in the drivers side foot well. The temp was recorded at -20, cost me over £500 to get the 2 O rings replaced and the pipes pushed back in.
It gets serviced each year.
Also just put the spare wheels on with the winter tyres.................

I've had Vredstein but the pattern I had were very noisy. I prefer the General Grabbers. In the UK the AT2 is good all year round.

That sun roof looks a bit like one on a reno clio I had to deal with couple of years ago, managed to undo the metal hinge bit from the glass and bent it slightly so it pulled the glass down on to seal more it did the trick for the young lady whose car it was, other than that duct tape and silicon !
