Wing mirror fitting

Hi all
My Freelander 2002 wing mirrors have become 'loose',how do I tighten them up please?

And it would be helpful and courteous if you were to go the the introduction section and introduce yourself and your vehicle, instead of simply using the forum as a resource. Did you even try the "search" function to save people repeating themselves ? There are very few "new" problems that are not covered somewhere.

On the search and couldn't find anything in relation to my problem this being my first time on this site, and if your reception. Is anything to go by it will be my last.

Yogi loads of advice some great members (including english) sometimes just a bit of courtesy will get you all the info you need
