Standard 90/110 windscreen can be done by pealing/knifing seal out.
To replace use 3.8 mm starter cord from memory to pull screen in lube with window cleaner and not washing up liquid on seal-work from centre and don't be tempted to push corners in until rest of seal in.

do you mean seal around window or above frame or below between bulk head and frame, window seal can be prised out ,but sometimes cutting with stanley may help ,and refitted with plenty of washing up liquid, get genuine seal

Replacing the screen or seal is the one job I pay an expert to do, my local independant windscreen fitter charges £10-£15 so why risk a cracked screen?
OE seals are fine, even genuine ones crack eventually but my two Britpart replacements fitted fine, don't leak (no sealant used) and don't show any signs of cracking yet. One has been on for 7-years and the other was fitted to my other frame last year (both with heated screens).
