2nd what is stopping the windows working
please help

So we meet again Mr Bond. Does your cubby box switches work okay and you said the doors windows worked when replacing the regulators. The only failures are fuses and switches which are prone up or down. There's a yellow button on the cubby box that isolates the rear doors switches when pushed out. Now if any of the switches fails you can use the cubby box switches to find out which one not working. You said you pulled the relays depending what one all mine are yellow block types which suspect are all the same. A chap called Nodge will explain better.
