Wind deflectors- Internal or external fittings?.

The mrs has a dodgey left ear and the noise from the wind passing the passenger window gives her an headache on a long run, so I'm thinking of fitting wind deflectors to my Td5.
Which ones should I go for, the internal channel fitting or the external stick on?

i have a set of stick on ones on my defender and boy are they stuck on there

not sure of the make though, look cool though

I,ve got a set of stick on Landrover ones I took of my TD5, they were really well attached.

stick on's too-the tape is MEGA sticky-no second chances with lining them up!
