thats wot i thought sand boards and a hi-lift. also tyres??? got a long way to drive mostly on tarmac but also a lot of un made roads.

thats another good idea. I'm glad I've got till december till i go. You lot will be peed of with me by then. and glad i'm going for a month or so....

And i see you've got an 88".
So space is precious! Pack everything you think you'll need for day today livin and get yerself away for a few weekends , you'll soon find out that most of its "****e" you can do without.

That part is sorted. My job is to sort out the transport. My mate who is coming with me.. Is an experienced traveller so knows all the easy stuff.

i was serious, believe it or not, about the tracks.. i have driven a ser 2 which was converted with tracks at each corner, off road in scotland. truly awesome... travelled over pete bogs etc with no problem whatsoever.....
